Water is not entering the washer, or filling is taking much longer than it should.
Try these free fixes first
Unplug the washer before opening any panel.
- Make sure the lid is fully closed before starting the cycle.
- Turn both the hot and cold supply faucets all the way open and confirm your home has normal water pressure.
- Straighten any kinks or sharp bends in the inlet hoses behind the washer.
- Turn off the faucets and unplug the washer, then disconnect the inlet hoses and rinse the small filter screens at the washer end before reconnecting.
- Restart the cycle and check that no water is leaking from the tub area.
